“Telling ain’t training,” and designing instruction is more than creating learning objectives and practice activities: It is ensuring that instructional events, motivation, and business impact are integrated into the instruction.

  • Engage the participants and connect with prior knowledge
  • Inspire the participants to explore the new knowledge
  • Relate the new knowledge to previous knowledge
  • Demonstrate the new knowledge
  • Allow the participants to put the new idea into practice
  • Integrate the new knowledge by helping the participants accept the new knowledge

Finally, our design and develop methodology is centered around rapid prototyping within the ADDIE model.
